Welcome to LlynFay Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of Print on Demand (POD) merchandise, Digital Products and other products offered on this website. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.


1. Intellectual Property and Copyright Rules


1.1 Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including designs, graphics, text, logos, and digital downloads—is the property of LlynFay Inc. or our content suppliers and is protected by U. S. and international copyright laws.


1.2 Usage Rights


  • Digital Products: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or limited commercial use as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Attribution: If a license requires attribution, you must credit LlynFay Inc. in the manner specified.
  • Adaptation: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our digital products for the purpose of resale or redistribution unless explicitly authorized in writing by LlynFay Inc.
  • Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Use: Products marked "Personal Use Only" may not be used for any profit-generating activity. Commercial licenses are required for any business-related use.


2. Financial Transactions


2.1 Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.


2.2 Pricing and Taxes

LlynFay Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or customs duties related to your purchase, particularly for international POD shipments.


3. Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services


3.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.


3.2 Print on Demand (POD)

POD items are custom-made to order. Cancellations are only accepted within two (2) hours of order placement. Once an item has entered the production phase, the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.


3.3 Service Termination

We reserve the right to withdraw or change any part of our website or service at our sole discretion without notice.

 

4. User Behavior and Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to engage in:

  • Unlawful Behavior: Using our products or site for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, or international laws.
  • Hate Speech and Bullying: Posting or transmitting any content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or threatening toward individuals or groups.
  • Promotions and Spam: Using our community features or contact forms to send unauthorized advertising, "junk mail," or "spam."
  • Infringement: Uploading designs or text for POD products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

 

5. Account Management and Termination

LlynFay Inc. reserves the right to disable, suspend, or terminate user accounts at any time, without prior notice, if we believe:

 

  1. A user has violated these Terms and Conditions.
  2. A user has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  3. The account poses a security risk to the website or other users.

 

6. Customer Expectations and Liability


6.1 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for perfection, LlynFay Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Information errors regarding pricing or availability will be corrected as soon as they are identified, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect information.


6.2 Website Availability and Downtime

We aim to keep our website accessible 24/7. However, LlynFay Inc. is not liable for any loss resulting from scheduled maintenance, server failures, or unforeseen technical issues that result in website downtime.


6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LlynFay Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.


7. Changes to Terms

LlynFay Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We will notify via our website and email list any upcoming changes to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LlynFay Inc. Because we offer a mix of custom-made Print on Demand (POD) merchandise and instant Digital Products, our shipping and return procedures vary by product type. Please review our policies below.


1. Shipping Policy


1.1 Digital Products

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered immediately via a download link provided on the checkout page and/or via email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping fees for digital-only orders.


1.2 Print on Demand (POD) Products

Our physical merchandise is printed specially for you when you place an order.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak holiday seasons, production times may increase.
  • Shipping Times: Once produced, domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. International shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.


1.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LlynFay Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


2. Returns and Refunds


2.1 Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the download link has been sent or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your file, please contact us for assistance.


2.2 Print on Demand (POD) Products

Because our physical products are custom-made to order, we do not keep inventory for exchanges.


  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
  • Requirement: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the damage or the specific error along with your order number.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If the package is lost in transit (no delivery update for 15+ days), please contact us.


3. How to Start a Claim

To report a damaged item or a production error, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contactus@llynfayinc.com.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Attach clear photos of the product and the shipping label.
  4. Describe the issue in detail.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your original payment method.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • POD Orders: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order is sent to our production partner, and we can no longer stop the process or issue a refund.
  • Digital Orders: Once the order is completed and the link is delivered, cancellations are not possible. If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately: contactus@llynfayinc.com


5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from shipping, delivery, or returns are subject to the Governing Law provisions set forth in our [Terms and Conditions]. Specifically, these policies are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
